Payment & Refund Policy

​​1. Payment Policy
All payments made through Razorpay for our programs, workshops, or training sessions are considered final and non-refundable.
Customers are requested to carefully review the program details, schedules, and eligibility before making the payment.
2. Refund Policy
We follow a strict No Refund Policy.
Once a seat is booked and payment is confirmed, the amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Rescheduling / Batch Transfer
If a customer is unable to attend the registered batch, we offer the flexibility to transfer the seat to the next upcoming batch of the same program.
Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 7 days prior to the start of the program to secure a seat in the next batch.
Batch transfer is subject to seat availability and confirmation from our team.

4. Substitution
Customers may nominate a substitute participant to attend the same batch.
Such requests must be communicated at least 3 days before the program start date.

5. Program Changes
We reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, or make changes to the program due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, the customer’s seat will be automatically transferred to the next available batch.
